While support groups do help l would find someone that also suffers from depression, it would be easier to relate to them then a group.

Actually if u go to a mental health clinician they might provide group therapy rather than individual therapy. But if u want anonymity, then u can go to the websites below, if not im sure u can google ur zip code & fine support groups that r very low cost or even free. l would try the internet first, just because u can find result faster & most information needed(i.e. ph numbers, address & maps) is on their website. If not u can ask ur therapist or any mental health clinician about support groups.
