its hard for me to sit still and im often very fidgety. how do l relax?

i do not eat much sugar so l know its not that. and l exercise regularly too.

you should exercise more, that way you will be more tired. lol. try to drink water instead of soft drinks. stop chewing gum.

l know many people make fun of ''squeeze'' toys, but they actually work! My friend has AD-HD, so she is constantly using one. Another could be just to relax for about a half hour a day. Maybe watch TV, a movie, listen to music, but stay awake. It helps a lot because you eventually learn how to just stay still. You can get the ''squeeze'' toy at a local pharmacy or even maybe a dollar store. Good luck!

If it is a serious problem, talk to ur doctor/school counselor or nurse about it. You may have ADHD.

But if it is just something annoying, try limiting ur movement to one part of ur body, like tapping ur foot. If u think it is situation or emotion caused, try to identify what is making u nervous/hyper, & consider why it is doing that. It may help u find a solution.

When you're trying to sleep, close ur eyes, & for ten seconds each let each part of ur body go limp as possible (head, neck, shoulders, each arm, torso, hips, etc). Try putting on relaxing music or drinking warm water. :-)

Have you always been this way? They say if you are Hyper The medicine they give for this will calm you down. If you are not Hyper it will Hype you up. Try coffee it usually can calm a hyper person down.
l new someone that was hyper the coffee would put him almost to sleep. You better talk to your docter. He could probably help you more with this.

you probaly have adhd this may sound weird but drink coffee its the same as ritalin 1cup = 5mg

or take st johns wart or 5htp

if it jets out of hand get yourself some adderal

preferibly focalin or vyvance
