l usualy get 7 hours of sleep each night, l come home after swim at 6pm fall asleep and wake up 1-2 hours later, is this bad? or should l try not to sleep and get a better nights rest? or should l just get more sleep?

l think you are getting enough sleep. It is always between 6-8 hours that your supposed to get. Preferably 8 for you because your 15.

l would try not taking a nap after swimming, and maybe going to bed earlier. But if you are living a healthy lifestyle and not using too much caffeine, your body will let you know if you are getting enough sleep or not.

Plenty, but why take the late nap? It will effect your sleep later on so try and cut it out or at least keep it to just a half hour.

That is a fine amount dear! Unless you feel significantly exhausted in the morning, and throughout the day you should not be worried. If you do feel like that, try Melatonin (Over the counter sleeping pills that are very light in my opinion)

really in your teens you should get a lot of sleep more then 8 hours because your brain is growing at such a rapid rate. but most do. in high school l was lucky if l got 5 and now in college it is a little better because l dont have to be at classes untill 11 but anyway. get lots of sleep and take naps! lol
