Everyday l wake up feeling horribly ugly that l literally spend an hour in front of the mirror working on my look just to end up feeling uglier. Whenever at school all of what I’m thinking about is weather or not people think I’m ugly and end up having a panic attack.
I’m so lonely; l have no friends to talk or a girlfriend to share my deepest feelings with. My family? They hate me, they are ashamed of me and wish that l was never born.
And above all, I’m in med school; l have tons of pages to memorize and it’s so hard to concentrate at all…..it’s just to much for me to handle. Do you know what it’s like to go on while knowing that no one likes you and that the girl you’re so crazy about hates the sight of you?
l don’t wanna live anymore…help me Is my life worth it?

First of all do not kill yourself.. (if thats what you were implying) The same thing happens to me everyday. Do not worry about what you look like because it is not like you chose to look the way you do. And if people can not accept that then they can go to hell. And l know exacly what it is like to like someone and they dispise you because of the way you look. It will get better, trust me. Just.. let them know you do not give a damn what they think.

Take a deep breath in. Your life is too special to just throw away whether u realize it or not. Not everyone hates you, l do not even know u & l care about ur well being. If ur not already going to therapy u might want to consider it. l know it sounds scary but it can really help. You might want to do something that u enjoy doing to try & relive some of the stress. Paint a picture, go for a walk, eat a huge ice cream sundae. Relax. You r beautiful, u just have to look into ur self & see it. Its hard, l know, but u can do it.

u have ur whole life ahead of you! you must be increddibly smart if ur in med school so look at that as a positive because some people would kill to be in ur spot. Sometimes just when u feel like everything is going worng & u feel like ur never going to be happy again, something or someone comes along & everything else just goes away. Yeah waiting sucks but in the end its worth it. Looks dont matter everyone has flaws :)
Do not give up on ur life because it will end up being all u want & more it sounds like u deserve to be happy :)

Yes ur life is worth living. Why not try & talk to ur family?Surely they do not hate you. As far as being ugly u should stop fretting about the things u do not like & concentrate & the things u do like.
Try to get out more as well. Maybe threes a club u could join where You could make new friends & gain a new Hobie?Try & find something relaxing & fun to do this will help u concentrate more on ur studies.
If u r still feeling bad maybe its time u went & seen a counselor? They can help!
Never give up. Everyone goes through tough patches but u will come through this.

l know what it feels like to be extremely self-conscious to the point where it takes over ur life. also, to have tons of school work/studying to worry about. l once felt extremely ugly & dreaded looking in the mirror, but now l have become more confident. realize that it is all in ur head. the way u feel about yourself really affects how others feel about you. if u project low self-esteem & self rejection to others, they will be repelled by that attitude & see u in a way similar to the way u see yourself. embrace yourself for who u are. everyday, pick out something in ur life (it could be extremely trivial) that u r thankful for. take some time out from studying those tons of pages to do things that u enjoy, whether it be music or watching movies or even eating a delicious treat. l too am very lonely & if u want, u can email me & we can be friends =) l hope things get better for u & that ur self-image improves. l am constantly working on mine as well & many times l slip. but i'm trying to stay positive.

Well first off, u need to definitely get a grip on yourself. Every one of us r on this earth for a reason. God made u especially the way u are. We r all different but beautiful in God is eyes. And that is the first thing to realize. You really should not worry about what others think of you. You have to be happy with yourself no matter what. Who cares what others think. l learned that a long time ago!!! Just do ur thing & do not worry about what others think of you. If they r criticizing you, then that is their problem. They need to look at their own lives. l think the reason that others act like that towards people is because there is something that they r not happy with about them self. l am sure that there is something about everyone that they do not like about themselves. l know there r things l do not like about myself, but l do not let that get me down. You should definitely act more confident about yourself & u will notice others coming around to be ur friend. And the girl u r talking about.do not even waste ur time on someone like that. There r plenty of other girls in this world. You should not want to stop ur life just because of one. You life is worth living & u should definitely live it to the fullest. Enjoy life & make everything u can out of it. You only get one life on earth to live, might as well live it!!!

l use to worry about what people thought about me, but now l do not care. And that is the best thing l ever done, was to quit trying to impress everybody. Its ur life. You need to make the best of it. God made u the way he wanted & that is all that matters. l am sure if u quit focusing on ur looks & just start talking to people, they will see u have a wonderful personality & u will have more friends than u ever thought. And if they still do not want to talk to u thats their loss, u have to be happy with yourself first & formost.

You seem to be fond of polarizing things. You look for something & only find the opposite. The more u see it, the more it upsets you. l think it triggers the anxiety in you. Once u start reacting, u attach it to the ugly & the hateful, & then u vent. You attitude is really one of inferiority & inadequacy. You judge a lot & u r terribly critical. Nothing is good enough. It is a distraction & u may be using as a way to see only what u want to see. Something upsets u or u experience some panic, then u dwell on certain things u harp on over & over again. The repetition is creating a kind of dread. You dread the next episode, but u go back & do it again. You r struggling with a lot of stress. If med school is too much for you, get another major. Find someone u can talk to. It could be on the internet it could be a counselor or therapist, but u need someone to talk to. Let someone tell u it will be all right. Allow yourself to trust that this will pass & u will be all right. Once the anxiety subsides, then only deal with the emotions. You r freaking out. Why? You need to know. The knowledge will calm u down & then u can begin to regain ur focus. You need focus & a clear direction to find ur way out. Stop reacting & address the reactions for what they are. They r eating u up inside. Know yourself. Understand yourself & it will improve. You can do this. You need some good faith. You need something positive to give u a second wind & to help u move past this. Stop dwelling on the negative. It is an obsession. Listen to yourself & allow yourself to find peace. Stop filling the silence with sadness. Your feelings r valid. Once u understand, u will calm down. The truth will set u free. Try it. It works.

l am sad for ur thoughts. l know how lost u must feel & all the words may or may not help but, if ur family feels that way they r nothing. Your r in med school!!! l did not even have the courage to go, & l wanted to be a nurse so bad. You r amazing & u can prove that to everyone by keeping up with ur studies & not focusing on ur looks. Get up in the mornings & have a goal to take a shorter amount of time getting ready & get out of the house. Do other thing in ur spare time like movies, or the zoo, or the library, go for a walk, get some coffee. You can do it. You graduate & become the person u want to be. Only u can do it.
Who knows maybe some of those people that r not kind to u r Jealous of u in ways u do not understand. BE STRONG! l do not know u & l am proud of you.
