Accidentally, l seen my manager making up Cross Dressing. He worn same as like a woman even with Wig. l was scared when l seen him. It was a semi transparent glass window on his room where l stood on outside of his room. He carefully closed the curtains of the window but still there exists a gap.When l was doing the work outside of his room accidentally l seen him. He worn a complete and clear set of woman dress including the inner wears. The ultimate was he even worn a Wig as same as an woman. Then he cross walked inside his room with a book and read it. after that l came away. l was really confused about this activity and scared too. He seems to be a very normal person and do awell efficient manager as per my experience with him. l never even thought about him with his activity. Please clear my queries. Is cross dressing an abnormal activity in that case it is a psychic disorder. Why it happens and how many people are having such habits. Please for all of your review.

Cross dressing is most certainly not a mental problem. Some men just like wearing women is clothing. Sometimes because it turns them on, sometimes because they like the fell of it, possibly because they find it more comfortable. Interestingly, from my own research, men who do wear women is clothing, either openly or behind closed doors, r often far more attentive, understanding & nice towards women.

It is certainly not about men wanting to be women, very few men who do cross dress r actually gay, even fewer want to actually go through gender change surgery.

It is nothing to be afraid of. If the right moment presents itself, ask him about it, in a general way. He probably knows u saw him & just wants to talk about it to others.

Clearly he is a nice chap, so why worry.

By the way, 'experts' reckon that as high as 1 in 5 men have worn women is clothing at some time or other & 1 in 10 do it on a regular basis.

Crossdressers r normal healthy (mostly heterosexual) & intelligent men with one little kink in their brains. When they wear woman is clothes their brain releases neurotransmitters like serotonin which produce sensations of well-being, pleasure, gratification & self-identity. It helps them relax & reduce stress. It affects the reward centers of their brain so it mimics the addiction response & they may say that they NEED to crossdress.

So, the vast majority of crossdressers go about without understanding their condition. They know they r male. They love women. They feel hopelessly trapped doing something they know is illogical. They imagine that there is a female side inside them that needs to come out. Some will create a female alter-ego & give ''her'' a feminine name. Then to prevent people from thinking that they r crazy, they keep their crossdressing private, very private.

Now most crossdressers would like to be more open with their crossdressing. They would like someone to talk to about it who will not judge them or consider them crazy. You may be a good person for him to talk to about this. You can tell him that u r a loyal & trusted employee who keeps secrets - like crossdressing. You can tell him that u find it both scary & interesting. He will probably tell u how he started crossdressing & how it made him worry that he was different.
