Here is a short typical conversation with myself:

Me: (after doing something to embarrass myself) OMG why did l do that?

Me: Because you're a dumb ***. That is why.

Me: Why do not you just STFU and leave me alone?

Me: Let is see you make me.

Me: All right you asked for it! *starts slapping self*.

etc, etc, etc

Is this normal behavior?It is usually only this extreme when l feel l have done something stupid or embarrassed myself.

No, you just have some bad habits.

l sometimes answer and questions to myself but this context of coversation with yourself is quite unusual. l would speak to a doctor about this, you never know it might just be force of habit.

Totally normal. Well, for totally not normal people. But, l fit that category. l go through entire fucking conversations with people before l even get to talk to them, & try to almost follow a script. When l embarrass myself l will mull the situation for hours if not days thinking about how stupid it was & how l could have done it different. Same with saying something l did not necessarily want to say. Do not worry about it man, just try to stop the thoughts when they start coming like that by thinking of something right away or saying ''fuck u mind''. Ha. Oh the advice from one crazy mother fucker to another.

You do not have a mental disorder or even a personality disorder just because u say those things. It is pathological to slap yourself.

l will be honest with you: to the best of my knowledge, at one time or another, EVERYONE experiences & has to deal with that ''chatterbox'' inside.

l had & did analysis for many years before l came to terms with ''her'' & sent her packing.

If u think that u might do real physical harm to yourself, u need to get professonal help right now. Only you, at this time. know that.

You could talk to a parent ( l know that is ur last resort) or the school nurse, school counselor, or a trusted teacher.
