Hi l was wondering if anyone could help me out.(its quite long sorry)

I am almost 18 , and have been suffering with BDD for 2 years
the BDD has been focused on my face and eyes.(how ugly l think they are) People Do NOT see what l see, they usually think i'm in a physciatric ward due to maybe anorexia as a guess because i'm petite and have a high matabolism. l never had any problems with food l used to stuff my face with whatever and not care,
But within the last month iv'e started to think i'm to fat around the legs/thighs/bum , l think it is because ive been housebound due to bdd for about 8 months and can not go swimming or do sports like l used to everyone l know says im either exactly the same size or skinnier.But i'm really worried because l do not wanna go down the road of anorexia but iv'e already noticed beahoviour patterns that show l am.
i'm really ashamed and disgusted at the way l think because l was blessed with a small slim shape and was sometimes steryo typed as anorexiceven when l did not thinkl was to fat.so l feel like l am what they said l was which really depresses me l have not been sick but l have tryed to eat less or exercise accesivley but l do not know how to stop it and just say to myself your not fat ,and you do not need more problems.do you think because l stayed in for 8months due to bdd , this is why iv'e started to think i'm to fat?is bdd realated to anorexia ?
any help would be great X

Honey, l think it really is time to face the fact that u have some problems. BDD & anorexia can definitely be related, they both have to do with a distorted image of yourself. l am not saying u have anorexia, but u might be a lot more susceptible to it, given ur body & selfimage. You should definitely see a therapist, because it sounds like you're having a really hard time. THese things r extremely difficult (if not impossible) to fix by yourself, so please, please, please get help. You do not have to live like this & worry so much all the time!

I`m sorry you are suffering so much.Get professional help ASAP..Your real issues are to deep for you to be able to handle on your own.you`d be surprised at the things you`ll find.your worth every effort it takes.GOD BLESS Bev
