Whenever l look especially at blank walls or the sky l see weird things like weird clear swirly things, brownish chain looking things and lots of clear things moving around in the sky that are tiny lines. What is it?

Floaters. Specs of things floating around in the vitreous fluid of the eye

sounds like a funnel your describing l was playing outside in second or third grade l think and the liquid from the air turned into a clear looking tornado - looked pretty cool.

also there are other visual things that l saw as a child like tiny red speckles in a dark room and different shapes like a kaleidascope.

:) the eyes are capable of a lot.
