One time l tried to go deep in my mind and not think. It is hard to explain but its like exploring your mind. I've done it twice and the first time l was not thinking except to go deep in my mind and l saw an empty destroyed land and the second time l saw fires and a weird demon and l heard something scream so l juststopped. What is this and l did not force these images when l tried this. Lately l had lots of deja vu and lucid dreams if that will help.

Sounds like hallucinations not meditation. Meditation is just blocking out all other sensory impressions and just thinking. It does not usually result in images. You are too concerned about the thinking you are doing; enjoy life!
