how do i be happy all the time

l really wanna be happy all the time smiling instead of frowning how do l be happy or think happy a lot?
you all fail.
My teacher is happy and nice all the time!
i just want some tips on to me happy MOST of the time then.. geeznot very helpfull people..
to the person who wrote talk to the doctor mary jane she always helps ''mary jane'' makes me feel paranoid and un eased also causes me to think weirdly okay... take your drug references and shuve them up your ''donkey''

You can not be happy ALL the time it is not normal .

We were given different emotions: happy, sad, angry and so forth. l have not heard of anyone that can be happy ALL the time - but you can practice it.

Think happy thoughts, listen to happy music, watch happy programs on tv, hang out with happy people, go to places that make you happy, make the place that you live in a happy one

No, totally kidding.

You will never be totally happy. And if you think you will be well you are setting yourself up for failure. The fact is that people will disappoint you and you will dissapoint yourself. Do not focus on when you will be happy again focus on being happy right now. Stop being sad and cheer up. Make some changes. Get a new haircut. Enjoy.

Focus on what is important. The more u focus on unimportant things, the less u can concentrate on the things that make u happy. And when bad things happen, be sure to find thie good things in them because u will be better off finding the good things. Now im not trying to convert u but if u look at some Buddhist ideas on the internet or in books , they can help you. Alot of their ideas make sense & can make u feel better. ( & do not be too worried about the Nirvana thing in the ideas)

just go with the flow. always know bad and good times are always changing. and especially enjoy moments with yourself, like when youre walking in a park or where it is really quiet. Alone moments often help me stay content inside. And really that is all it takes to smile more often and not get mad or annoyed or ''frown'' over so much stuff around us. Just being content!

Start making yourself smile.

When l was a teenager, l was kind of negative, and somebody told me to smile more often, and l believe it changed my whole attitude in life. Smiling feels good and is easy to do.

Instead of being upset when your phone battery is dead, be happy when it is fully charged.

last year was one of my happiest years. It all started happening in November because of thanksgiving it really made me think about how unhappy l was & how l wanted it to change. l did the following.

* l always took a step back & just soaked up life
* l laughed a lot (no not fake laugh) lol
* l hung out with my friends & just had a good time!

i let these things slip from grasp & now l am kinda falling apart again but l am still getting myself back together! l hope it helped! also l make a play list of songs on my l pod called Happy songs just make a play list of all the songs u love to listen to & that bring back good memories!


just go with the flow & life will patch itself up for you!
