what is the best way to relieve stress? I find my self stressed alot and I dont like it. HELP!?

l get really stressed sometimes and l have alot on my plate to take care of and l dont wanna add stress to my list. please any suggestions are well appreciated. thanks =)

Take some time out for YOURSELF girl.
Also try deep breathing and yoga.
Sounds cheesy, but it clears my head and gives me a free space in my head to go on with the next day.

Try cut down what you have on your plate ;) That way theres less things to worry about. If you cant then spend ten 15mins a night just relaxing, reading, listening to music etc.
Or masturbate? That releives stress.

Try to get things out of the way as soon as possible and take breaks to nap, watch tv, play some games or hang with your friends and even if you have the same work load it want seem like so much of a burden if you have fun while you do your stuff. l surely do hope this helps, nobody likes stress.

hmm.. im sorry u r going through alot.. At one point l started to have involntary nervous breakdown/ panic attacks. it sucked
hes what l do now:
You can only do what u can do. Take every opportunity given to u & never give yourself too many breaks. (but please give yourself some breaks lol)
To aliviate ur situations u must take care of them. Dont let ur emotions get away with you. have something to look forward to when u go home :)
The more successful u r the less stressed u will be about major things so keep at it.. stay optimistic :) close ur eyes for a moment or count to ten if someone is getting inyour face okay

Do some philanthropy, it lowered my cholesterol 50 points. Confront your issues head on. Every morning when you wake up, take 30 minutes away to think about what you have to be grateful about.

Empower yourself w/ either books or knowledge.

While l do not know ur exact situation, some general thoughts r to prioritize what u need to get done & do not feel like u have to get everything done at once. Do not put too much pressure on yourself. It is important to get plenty of sleep, eat a proper nutritious diet, & get exercise whenever possible. Another easy way to reduce stress & boost ur immune system is to do something that we do everyday, laugh. Laughter is good at reducing stress because it is a healing activity.
