I am already halfway through my teenage years, I am 15. Yet there are times when l still cry... It can happen when my parents yell at me or sometimes even when someone at school would hurt me both physically and emotionally. l can not help but cry when this happens. It just comes up, and it is difficult to put down. I am made fun of it sometimes if my friends see me cry. l try my best not to, but it is just too hard. It sort of feels like a big wave coming from my body to my eyes, something you can not stop easily. What is a good method to practice not crying? Most of the adult men l know have never cried for years.

When you feel like crying give your self a little pinch. Always works for me.

Otherwise, Just try to get out of sight when crying. Its good to let your emotions out.

Most women will like that you're sensitive

Do not sweat it. When u r a teen, EVERYTHING is important & dramatic & urgent. You will, with time learn to control ur emotions, but do not let go of crying altogether, as it is very healthy. l am a 44 yr. old male, & my wife calls me a big mush cause l cry at movies. It is very cleansing, & sometimes u need that release. u r not alone, & u will be fine. l have heard of scheduling alone time to cry, but do not know if that works. Maybe it is worth a shot.

l suffer from the same thing and are the same age. l reaserched this and theres a thing which is like an over sensitive personality thing.. l dont know if its this or something else. Whenever l feel the urge to cry coming over me l usually try to just walk away from the people im around so it doesnt matter if l do cry or try to think of something that would make me laugh and whenever l feel the urge to quickly change my thoughts to that to calm me.
