l am a college student , l have developed a habit of procrastinating & keeping things off till the very day of exams ,
Now if l dont study the all term & just a day before exam l start studying , Is it natural for me to go to stress ,
l MEAN IS IT NATURAL FOR A PERSONTO GO UNDER DEPRESSED STATE & NOT DO ANYTHING WHEN HE TRIES TO DO ALL THE THINGS AT ONCE AT THE END MOMENT
OR IS IT JUST A SIGN OF MY PERSONALWEAKNESS ??

Personal weakness of mine as well. Or it was in the past. This semester l have been forcing myself to get assignments done early. For example, l am taking a couple of online classes at my college which r usually worse for my procrastination habits because there is no teacher to push me really.

Assignments r due each sunday & l used to put them off until Sunday. But then I'd stress all week knowing that Sunday l had a crapload of work to do.

So now l spread it out through the week. Each night l dedicate at least 2 hours to studying. Now instead of having to spend a whole day stressing & studying, l can spend a couple hours every night & it helps a ton.

l do not believe its weakness, l have the same problem l put things until the last minute, & l take forever to finish homework, tests, essays, etc. l am a slow learner & l can not always catch what the teacher is saying in class, so l brought a tape recorder.
Before, l thought it was a weakness that l could not get anything done in time & l thought it was my own fault. Its not though, I've always had trouble with learning & getting stuff done on time. l am easily distracted.
The best thing u can do is go to the library where its quieter or go outside & sit in the warm sunshine (sun can raise ur mood immensely, also being outside helps too)
